Les Thermalies Paris is THE place to discover the virtues of water, the most beautiful destinations in France and abroad and the latest trends in well-being.

Les Thermalies Paris 2026 show inaugurates a new area dedicated to longevity, with a conference program focused on the pillars of preventative healthcare: sleep, nutrition, meditation, detox, sport, reconnection... Expert doctors will come to exchange with visitors, in a place where thalassotherapy and thermal treatments redefine the art of good aging.

This new edition of thalassotherapy and thermal treatments will also highlight the major health issues of today and tomorrow, through strong themes: menopause, post-operative recovery, post-cancer support, improvement of sleep, mental health appeased by marine benefits.

Thermal cures and mini-cures, revitalizing sports programs and new approaches to refine, tone and reinvent your figure will also be in the spotlight.
