Improved, smooth and inclusive accessibility for your events 

In conjunction with Ezymob, Viparis has developed a guidance solution to improve the visitor experience. Thanks to a digital map available on a smartphone, visitors benefit from autonomy in their movements with routes tailored to every profile, including people with reduced mobility or with a disability of any nature (motor, visual or mental).

Visitors are guided around Paris Expo Porte de Versailles from their arrival on public transport to the pavilions and all the other on-site services such as help desks, restaurants, hotels or car parks.

The map can be consulted by scanning a QR code displayed at numerous locations around the exhibition centre.

A solution extending to inside events 

This service also offers organisers the opportunity to incorporate their AutoCAD plans to produce a unique map service. In addition to highlighting exhibitors and partners, the solution offers further visibility opportunities through promotional tools.
