To support this new chapter, GL events and Ekip have reached an agreement and created a new company, in which the event industry leader holds a majority stake. Join us from Sunday, January 18 to Wednesday, January 21, 2026, for this new edition dedicated to bakery, pastry, and snacking professionals. A new era for the “French Bakery”!
